Standard orders:

For customers purchasing our standard products, simply write to us with the name of the products, quantities and your recipient address at vip@docsunhomeandliving.com.

 

Our sales team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm all the related details with the including unit prices, leading time, delivery cost and taxes.

Once you have confirmed the quote, we will issue the invoice for your payment. We will place your order 24 hours after receiving your payment and start the production process.

Custom made orders: 

​

For customers who are interested in our products but want to add customisations, please email us too at vip@docsunhomeandliving.com. We will contact you within 24 hours to start the conversation.

 

Our customisation service includes but not limited to:

​

• adding custom made logos (weaved/printed/embroidered) , washing labels, embroideries, prints; 

• applying products with custom printed fabrics;

• designing new products according to your requests. 

 

The costs of customisation elements will be quoted separately case by case. We will issue the quotation listing all the breakdown prices for your confirmation before you place the order.

 

Once you have confirmed the quote, we will issue the invoice for your payment. We will place your order 24 hours after receiving your payment and start the production process.

Delivery:

 

Our delivery cost has included VAT and Duty at the relevant rate according to your recipient country and address. Your order will be securely packed and sent by guaranteed courier with a tracking number to follow.

Contract:

 

By placing an order with us, you enter into a legally binding contract with Guangzhou Docsun Home and Living Co., Ltd. We also operate a UK-based entity, Docsun Home and Living UK Ltd, to support all our services. You may choose to conduct business with either our Chinese or UK entity based on your convenience and preference. The legal obligations will be governed by the contract or invoice you execute with the respective company. Please note that all goods are manufactured at our facility in China. At Docsun Home and Living Group, we are fully committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

General Delivery Information for All Orders

 

 

When ordering please enter the name and full address including the postcode of the recipient. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.

 

Our delivery quote is calculated based on the weight, volume of the final package and the postal address.  For express logistics companies, we use mostly DHL and FedEx, which are able to deliver within 10 days to a wide range of countries in the world. We also provide three DDP (Delivery and Duty Paid) services in air freight, truck load freight and sea freight formats. 

 

The delivery quote includes VAT and Duty at the relevant rate according to your delivery address. If your business is VAT registered, please provide your VAT number for reclamation purpose.

 

Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will include details of how to collect them or arrange re-delivery.

 

You can find the estimated lead time and delivery duration in the products description on our website. We usually dispatch products one day prior to the dispatch date as agreed, apart from any Chinese national holidays which will be are specified by our sales team.

 

We are not responsible for the delays in the delivery caused by the recipient or the third party appointed by you to act as the recipient.

 

We will not be liable for inadequate performance to the extent caused by a condition (for example, natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labour condition, governmental action, and Internet disturbance) that was beyond our reasonable control.

 

 

Bank Account Security

Guangzhou Docsun Home and Living Co., Ltd and Docsun Home and Living UK Ltd both accepts payments from telegraphic transfer (TT) and Paypal.

 

All payment information is transmitted in secure mode and is encrypted using the highest levels of online security encryption available. No passwords or security codes related to your bank account are stored on our websites or computers belonging to Guangzhou Docsun Home and Living Co., Ltd or Docsun Home and Living UK Ltd.

 

When your order has been placed, you will receive an email from us to confirm the payment has been successful.

In some occasions, especially in order to provide better and more convenient customer services, Docsun Home and Living UK Ltd will collect the payment on behalf of Guangzhou Docsun Home and Living Co., Ltd. Our sales team will always get the authorisation from the customer first. All the financial services and security will be acted the same as trading with Guangzhou Docsun Home and Living Co., Ltd.

Cancellation Rights and Returns Policy

This Business-to-Business (B2B) Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for cancelling orders or returning goods purchased from us. Cancel orders:

You have rights to cancel your order within 24 hours after you make the payment. We will refund you the full amount apart from any financial transaction fees caused during the process.

Return Eligibility:

This B2B Return Policy applies only to our business customers who have made a purchase directly from Guangzhou Docsun Home and Living Co., Ltd. The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in as new condition with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

 

Return Process:

​

Prior to returning any products, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our customer service team.

Pack the items securely, preferably using the original packaging materials.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip inside the package.

Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Shipping:

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the returned items. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipping process.

Restocking fee:

A restocking fee of 5% may be applied to returned products. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking expenses. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Refund:

Once the returned products are received and inspected, we will process the refund within three working days . Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon. If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return:

Custom-made or personalised products with your own design/print/logo/washing label added on the products or the packaging.

Software, licenses, or downloadable products.

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.

Damaged or Defective Products:

​

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and provide a replacement or refund, as per your preference.

 

Discrepancies or Shortages:

​

Any discrepancies or shortages in the delivered products must be reported to our customer service team within seven days of receipt. Please provide sufficient evidences like paperworks, pictures and videos. We will investigate the issue and make every effort to resolve it promptly.
