We select the most suitable printing technology and machines based on the characteristics of the fabrics you choose. Section 1

Section 1 - Consultation & Preparation of Your Design Files

To start with, please send us your product files including but not limited to screenshots, technical drawings, color references, production instructions, preferred fabrics and quantities.

We’ll respond you via email or WhatsApp. Please note that our official email domains are @docsunhomeandliving.com (China headquarters) and @docsunhome.com (UK office).

In order to process you case speedily, please keep updating your comments to our technical consultant including preferred printing effects, colors, print sizes, quality level you are anchoring, and quantities.

As each custom order involves many details, we appreciate your patience and timely feedback. After all specifications are confirmed, we will provide a quotation within 24 to 48 hours.

​

If you don’t have design sketches or pattern files, or not clear with the size or technique requirements, don’t worry. Simply send us some product photos or screenshots with your ideas. Within 12 hours of receiving your inquiry, we’ll assign a technical consultant to follow up on further developments.

Section 2

Section 2 - Custom Printing Designs vs Ready-to-Print Designs

If you already have your own design of prints, please send it to us. If you are very particular about colours, please mark the 2 or 3 colors which you want to nail in your design with the Pantone codes.

Within 24 hours after receiving your design, our technical consultant will verify whether it meets the print-ready standards. We will review your ideas, design, and selected fabric to ensure the outcome of the desired prints matches the properties of the chosen fabrics. If we find any potential issues, our team will reach out right away to discuss the solutions.

If you don’ t have a print design yet, our design team can create one for you. Simply send us an inquiry to get started.

We offer various ways of fabric printing which includes heat transfer printing, digital direct-to-fabric printing for both single-sided and double-sided, and flatbed printing. (link to the printing page / News page, where YouTube videos can be embedded to show different printing methods).

It’s important to understand that different fabrics respond to different printing technologies, machines, inks, and processes. Double-sided printing, in particular, requires highly precise technical adjustments. That’s why we value the thorough communication with you. It helps to achieve the result in you envision as accurate as possible.

If you would like to try our ready-printed scarves to start with, please send us an inquiry (link). We can provide thousands of patterns to choose from with no minimum order requirement.

However, please note that the inventory of the ready-printed scarves are refreshed every week. We recommend you to reach out as early as possible. Our technical consultant will provide you with the latest catalog.

Section 3 - Custom Fabrics, Colours & Craft Techniques

We offer a wide range choices of fabrics including mulberry silk, silk-wool blends, cotton, viscose, rayon, modal, polyester, nylon and more.

Our collection includes thousands of fabrics from high-end mulberry silk and wool to budget-friendly options like modal, rayon, viscose, polyester imitation silk, and nylon.

We also offer textile swatches, colour swatch cards and crafted samples. Want to see them firsthand? You may request our sample pack, available in our offices located in the US, the UK, Germany, and Australia. Please send us an inquiry to get yours.

Section 4

Section 4 - Custom Products in Three Tiers

Apart from the customized printing and dyeing, we also provide product customisation services to meet your specific requirements.

Basic Customization

We offer the option to use our existing products to make yours by adding your printed or embroidered logo on them. (add internal link to logo)

You may also use our existing packaging die-cuts to print or make product packaging with your logo (link to packaging). If you are interested, please send us an inquiry .

Pattern and  Style Development

 

Please provide your design drawing or visual concept to us. Our team will handle the pattern making, finalize all technical details, manage layout preparation, and provide a preliminary bulk production quotation. If your project goes beyond traditional textiles, such as integrating silicone components, we're also experienced to support innovative cross-material development.

Matching Accessory Customisation

​

If you need accessories that go along your textile products, such as scarf buckles, buttons, or rings, we can do this for you too. Please provide your reference images or CAD files, and tell us the quality level you require, for example ZAMAC standard plating.

If you don’t have CAD files, please send us an inquiry. Our technical consultant will contact you to discuss the design details. We are able to provide the CAD design file within 48 hours after all requirements are clarified.

Once all technical details, such as colors, prints, patterns, fabrics, techniques, and the required quantities, are confirmed, we will quote you both the sample and bulk prices. We offer three pricing models:

Section 6 - Timeline for Sampling, Production & Delivery

Quotation & Design Mock-ups

  • 24–48 hours: You’ll receive the best quotation for samples and bulk products.

  • 48–72 hours: We will provide the design mock-up / visual rendering for your review.

 

Next Step - Sampling

 

Once all technical details are confirmed and the sample fee is received, we officially enter the sampling stage:

  • 5–7 days: Fast and convenient printed samples.

  • 10–15 days: Printed samples with precise colours and refined craftsmanship.

  • 10 days: Pattern design / style development / paper pattern confirmation.

  • 7–10 days after design confirmation: Sample production.

 

Bulk Production

 

The lead time of bulk production will be determined by your payment schedule and the order quantity. Our flexible production lines ensure that both small-batch and large-scale orders can be efficiently completed. We also provide Drop Shipping service for selected products. Section 7 - Delivery & International Logistics

We offer three international shipping options—express delivery, air freight, and sea freight. For selected countries, we also provide DDP service, which covers customs clearance and tariff handling.
